Signal Processing

To investigate the structure of the price data we have various analysis tools.

Histogram

Shows the distribution of the share prices movement. The height of the bar shows the relative frequency of a price movement of the particular bin size.

Scatter Chart

Plots movements of one share price against another share price; this allows a visual inspection of their correlation.

Multi Chart

Shows two stacked share price graphs for comparison.

Advanced Filtering

Allows the application of various filters to the price timeseries in order to identify, if possible, the underlying signal and noise components. This is useful as a pre-processing phase when using the advanced analyzers; denoising the input signal allows for faster and more accurate training of the machine learning algorithms.
